Workforce Intelligence

Partially live — in active development

Understand talent in context across capabilities, aspirations and opportunity.

Connect talent signals to informed, responsible action

Talent Intelligence brings together authorized signals about skills, experience, aspirations, credentials and role requirements to support talent discovery and development. It can help organizations understand internal capability pools, explore potential mobility pathways and improve visibility of emerging skills. It should support informed human judgment rather than reduce a person to a score or inferred label.

Partially live — in active development

Use talent insights to support capability development and opportunity discovery with transparent criteria and appropriate safeguards.

Candidate/career intelligence foundations are live; enterprise talent workflows are in active development.

In depth

01

Talent as a multidimensional picture

Talent is not a single attribute. A useful view may include demonstrated skills, experience, learning activity, interests, career aspirations, credentials and contextual role requirements. Each dimension has different evidence quality and recency. Users and authorized organizations should be able to inspect the underlying information.

02

Internal discovery and mobility

Where employees have opted into or are appropriately included in an authorized process, talent discovery can surface relevant internal profiles for projects, mentoring, succession discussions or mobility. Visibility must respect organizational policy and user expectations. A profile’s presence in a search result should not imply availability or consent to contact.

03

Role and capability alignment

Compare documented capabilities with role requirements and highlight relevant overlaps, adjacent skills and evidence gaps. Explain the basis for matches and let reviewers adjust role criteria. Avoid unsupported claims about potential, commitment, personality or future performance.

04

Talent pools and development

Organizations may create governed talent pools for a defined purpose, such as a learning cohort or project opportunity. Membership criteria, owners, access, review date and retention should be explicit. Provide development-oriented next steps and mechanisms to correct outdated information.

05

Responsible use

Use job-related criteria, assess data quality and monitor for disparate effects. Avoid sensitive attributes and proxies. Provide appropriate notice, human review and correction channels, particularly where insights may affect access to opportunities or employment-related decisions.

Frequently asked questions

Does a talent match determine selection?

No. Insights can support discovery and development but should not replace transparent, job-related human review.

Can profile data be outdated?
