Your criteria. Real vacancies. Your cadence.

Matching that shows its work: every alert names why it matched, and your switches decide what lands in your inbox.

Matching that shows its work — explainable, controllable, timely.

A reason on every matchStale opportunities get labelledYour criteria, your frequency

Opportunity Alerts keeps you informed about new or changed opportunities that align with your chosen goals — explainable, controllable and timely, with clear evidence of why a match was surfaced and whether the opportunity remains available.

Set alert preferences

Select target roles, skills, sectors, locations, work arrangements, experience levels, opportunity types and preferred frequency — with sensible defaults you can edit or disable. No more profile information is collected than matching needs, and how preferences and profile signals influence matching is explained on every alert.

Every match explained

Each alert identifies the opportunity and shows its matching factors — role family, stated skills, location preference or saved search — distinguishing exact criteria matches from related or inferred ones. Controls improve future relevance: not interested, already applied, wrong location, incorrect skill match. Opaque scores are never presented as certainty.

Alerts stay fresh

Source, original listing link, posting date where known and last-checked time travel with every alert; status is re-checked where integrations permit, and expired, withdrawn or stale opportunities are suppressed or labelled. If a source cannot be revalidated, the alert says so — and no instant-delivery or real-time-detection promise is made beyond what the pipeline actually supports.

Delivery and frequency

In-app alerts come as standard; email or push delivery only where implemented and consented — with daily, weekly, immediate or paused settings matched to real capability. Quiet hours, digest controls and disable options are yours, and sensitive career or application details stay out of lock-screen previews by default.

Manage the alert lifecycle

Save, dismiss, snooze, mark applied and revisit — with a history of sent alerts and their reasons so you can understand what you received. Duplicate alerts across sources are handled, meaningful listing changes are surfaced, and your choices are never silently changed.

Trust, privacy and measurement

Data use, retention and notification permissions are explained; irrelevant, inaccurate or suspicious opportunities can be reported. Usefulness is measured through your feedback and downstream actions — not just open rates — and matching is audited for disparate impact with no sensitive-attribute targeting.

The alert view

The opportunity, its matching factors, its freshness and its actions — set your opportunity preferences and receive relevant alerts with clear match reasons.

How this works.

01

Your profile states the goal; the matcher reads it against source-backed live listings from the approved pilot feeds.

02

Each alert shows why it surfaced — the overlap it matched on — so 'matching that shows its work' is literal, not a slogan.

03

Save what's worth pursuing and it lands in your Action Centre among the rest of the week.

Questions people ask.

Why so few matches sometimes?

Because the matcher only surfaces source-backed listings that genuinely overlap your stated goal — silence where there's no match is the honest result.

Can I tune the matching?

Sharpen your stated goal and skills in your profile — the reasoning shown on each alert updates with it.

Do alerts email me?

Email is governed in the Notification Centre — one switch per email, off until you turn it on.

Set the goal once. Let the matches argue for themselves.

Matching that shows its work means every alert carries its reasoning — judge it, save it, or dismiss it.
