Live on the platform

Turn structured context into useful drafts, explanations and learning support.

Create, transform and summarize human capital content responsibly

Generative AI capabilities help users create and refine content using language, code, structured outputs or supported media generation. Within Lifelong Careers, these capabilities may assist with career materials, learning explanations, institutional communications, workforce narratives and knowledge discovery. Generated content is a draft or synthesis—not an authoritative record—and should remain reviewable by the user.

Live on the platform

Use generative capabilities to accelerate drafting and understanding while keeping accuracy and authorship review visible.

Generative intelligence powers the command centers, career briefs and answers today.

In depth

01

Content generation with context

A user may request a draft learning plan, resume bullet suggestions, role-specific interview questions or a plain-language explanation of a skill. Context should be limited to relevant, authorized profile fields and user instructions. The interface should indicate which details were supplied by the user and which were generated.

02

Transform and summarize

Generative services can simplify complex material, summarize authorized documents, translate supported content, convert notes into structured plans or adapt tone for a specific audience. Summaries should preserve important qualifications and uncertainty, and users should be able to return to the source.

03

Grounded responses

Where answers depend on platform knowledge or external evidence, retrieval should be permission-filtered and the output should cite or identify supporting sources when available. If sources are missing, stale or conflicting, the system should state the limitation instead of filling gaps with invented facts.

04

Structured outputs

For forms, plans, taxonomies and workflow steps, require schema-constrained outputs and validate them before saving or passing them to another service. Never write generated content directly into a verified credential, employment record or other authoritative profile field without user confirmation and provenance.

05

Responsible generation

Guard against confidential-data leakage, harmful or discriminatory content, fabricated qualifications, copyright misuse and prompt injection. Users should have reporting, correction and feedback options. High-impact decisions should not be delegated to unconstrained text generation.
