Lifelong Careers
An engineer learning in the field

ABOUT US · MY Lifelong Careers → My DISHA · Apprenticeship exchange

Earn while you learn — real postings only.

No external feed is connected, so this exchange carries only postings by Lifelong Careers members and partners, with the poster named. The list stays honest when empty.

Post an apprenticeship

Earn while you learn — source-backed work-based pathways.

Official source + last-checked dateNo eligibility verdicts on ambiguous sourcesApplication happens on the official route

The Apprenticeships page helps you explore structured work-based learning that combines practical experience with guided development. Apprenticeship models, pay, eligibility, duration and legal status vary widely by jurisdiction and programme — so listings and guidance stay specific, source-backed and carefully qualified.

    Discover apprenticeship pathways

Search by occupation, industry, location, employer, qualification level, duration, work arrangement and intake where data is available — and see how apprenticeships differ from internships, traineeships and ordinary employment in the relevant context. Exploration spans technical, service, professional and emerging occupations without assuming an apprenticeship route exists for every career. Until a live feed is connected, the exchange lists member- and partner-posted openings, stated plainly.

    Check eligibility and entry conditions

Published age, education, residency, experience, assessment, language and other eligibility requirements appear with their official scheme, employer or training-provider source and last-checked date. Criteria needing direct confirmation are flagged — no definitive eligibility decision is made when the source is ambiguous or your information is incomplete.

Understand the learning and work model

The balance of on-the-job learning, classroom or off-the-job training, supervision, assessment and expected outcomes is described — with the employer, training provider and any awarding or regulatory body identified. The credential awarded is explained as nationally recognised, industry-specific or provider-issued, based on verified evidence.

    Review pay, costs and conditions

Stated stipend or wage, payment frequency, duration, working hours, leave, training costs, equipment and other conditions appear where available. Paid, unpaid, subsidised and fee-bearing arrangements are clearly distinguished — official terms are linked, and you're encouraged to clarify contract status, deductions, benefits and support before accepting.

    Apply and prepare

A checklist for CV or profile, certificates, portfolio, assessments, interviews and deadlines is built around the specific opportunity — with preparation resources and questions to ask the employer or provider. The official application route is linked; an application is never implied as submitted or an offer secured without confirmation.

    Track progress and outcomes

Save opportunities, track applications, record interviews and manage start dates — and connect completed apprenticeship evidence to career plans and resumes with your consent. Feedback on listing accuracy and training experience is collected while respecting privacy and any employer or programme confidentiality obligations.

    The exchange

The listings with provenance stamps, the opportunity detail with its conditions, and your application tracker — accessible and source-traceable throughout. Explore apprenticeship opportunities, check the published conditions and prepare a grounded application.

    How this works.

    01

A signed-in member or partner posts a real opening — role, organisation, location and the official apply link, with their name attached.

    02

You browse the exchange and apply through the official link — Lifelong Careers never sits between you and the employer.

    03

Every posting keeps its provenance stamp, so you always know who stands behind it.

Stated plainly — what this doesn't do

    • — No external apprenticeship feed is connected — the exchange lists only what members and partners post, and stays honestly empty until then.
    • — Lifelong Careers does not verify organisations; the named poster is the provenance. Judge the official link before you apply.
    • — No scraped listings, ever — if a posting can't be attributed, it doesn't appear.

    Questions people ask.

    Who can post an apprenticeship?

Any signed-in member or partner. Your name shows on the posting, which is the point: real people stand behind real openings.

Does posting or applying cost anything?

No. The exchange is free for members. Lifelong Careers takes no cut and plays no middleman role.

How is this different from the Jobs Marketplace?

The Marketplace aggregates source-backed live vacancies from approved pilot feeds. This exchange is member-and-partner posted only.

Hiring, or know a partner who is?

Post the opening with your name on it — that provenance is exactly what makes this exchange worth trusting.
