Pick your institutions, set the deadline, tick your documents — end with a saved, dated checklist.
Lifelong Careers holds institution facts and official links — not your eligibility. Always confirm requirements on the official admissions page.
Find institutions (official admission links)
Add institutions above to build your document checklist and deadline plan.
Checklists and deadlines here are YOURS — Lifelong Careers does not hold admission criteria or predict your eligibility. The official links open the institution's own pages.
Organise eligibility checks, application requirements and supporting documents.
Admission requirements can differ substantially across institutions, programmes, countries, applicant categories and intake periods. The Admission Planner helps you organise verified requirements, assess your own eligibility against published criteria and prepare complete applications — without confusing guidance with an admission decision.
Choose the programme and intake
Record institution, campus, programme, mode of study, intended intake and your applicant category. Where programme names are similar, capture enough detail to avoid confusing campuses, levels or delivery formats — and keep the official programme page linked, with the date you last checked the requirements. Anything the institution hasn't published stays labelled unconfirmed rather than filled with an assumption.
Understand eligibility criteria
Break criteria into academic prerequisites, subject requirements, minimum marks or grades, entrance tests, language proficiency and experience conditions where applicable. Record the exact criterion with its source, and mark whether you appear to meet it, do not appear to meet it, or need to verify — only the institution or authorised admissions body can confirm eligibility.
Create a document checklist
Build a programme-specific checklist from the published requirements: identity proof, academic transcripts, certificates, test scores, language results, statement of purpose, portfolio, references, experience records, photographs. Mark each item as not started, requested, received, checked or submitted, with notes on issuing authority, validity, translation, attestation and file naming where the institution specifies them.
Plan tests and prerequisites
List required entrance examinations, interviews, auditions, portfolios or prerequisite courses with registration dates, preparation tasks and result timelines where reliable information exists. Mandatory requirements are kept distinct from optional or recommended components — and current test rules, score validity and accepted providers always get verified on official sources.
Manage deadlines and submissions
Application opening dates, priority deadlines, final deadlines, scholarship deadlines and document cut-offs live on your checklist items and flow into your Action Centre. Before submitting, run a pre-submission review: form completeness, document readability, correct programme selection, fee payment status and confirmation receipt. Lifelong Careers never claims to submit an application — that happens on the institution's own portal.
Support multiple applications
Keep a checklist per institution and compare requirements across programmes, reusing common documents while preserving programme-specific versions — clearly noting where a document needs a different format, statement or reference. Each application tracks independently: submission date, confirmation number, follow-up date and outcome — private to you, never exposed to other users.
Accessibility, privacy and safeguards
Every data item exists to plan your application — collect only what's needed, edit or remove it any time. Checklist labels stay accessible and plain-language, with support for different education systems; no automated exclusion is made based on uncertain equivalencies or incomplete data.
The workspace — and its golden rule
Programme summary, official-source links, document checklist and status tracker in one workspace — unresolved criteria stay prominent but not alarming. Every rule is traceable to an official source with its last-checked date, and for anything the published guidance can't resolve, go directly to the institution. Unavailable integrations are never represented as live.
How this works.
Build your own checklist per institution — requirements, deadlines, documents, fees — from the institution's official pages.
Attach the official link to every item so the source is one tap away when you work the list.
Save the plan; it stays yours and travels with your account across devices.
Questions people ask.
Does Lifelong Careers know each university's requirements?
No — and it won't pretend to. Criteria change and vary by programme; the official links open the institution's own pages, and your checklist records what they asked for.
Can I plan multiple institutions?
Yes — keep a checklist per institution and compare them side by side as deadlines approach.
Will Lifelong Careers remind me of deadlines?
Deadline emails are governed in the Notification Centre — one switch per email, your call.
Deadlines beat regrets.
Build the checklist from the official pages, attach the links, and let the plan carry the dates so your memory doesn't have to.
